COMEX 1665
The COMEX 1665 Sea-Dweller
The 1665s were delivered to COMEX from 1977 to 1981. The dials were quite distinctive and very different from the “white” Sea-Dweller. Only approximately 300 examples were delivered, with COMEX serial numbers running in the range of 2000–2300.
Of course there was the original dial with a 600m depth rating, and the replacement service dial with a 610m rating — an important distinction for collectors authenticating these watches today.
