This is a 4.08 million DRSD with a Rolex Luminova replacement dial from approximately 2004. Note the SWISS markings.
The dial is in fact a Mark VI dial without the red lettering..
Haywood notes, "The printing is noticeable crude and blotted when viewed under a 10x.”
